Thank you for shopping at Focus Storm. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Items that show signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors will not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear and bodysuits.

Pierced jewelry.

Items marked as "Final Sale".
4. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions within 24–48 hours.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Focus Storm will cover all return shipping costs.

Personal Reasons: For returns due to style preference, size misfit, or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
