1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries globally, including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and Australia. If you are unsure if we ship to your location, please contact our support team.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

  • Note: During high-volume seasons or new collection launches (like our 2026 Spring/Summer line), processing may take up to 5 business days.

3. Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer transparent shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Focus Storm is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Our carriers currently have limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a physical street address to ensure a smooth delivery process.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at our Support Center. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
